As a second shooter for Crystal Kay Photography, I spend quite a bit of time with the groomsmen on wedding days. Every group of guys is different; the way they interact, the jokes they tell, their preparations for the big day. But Juan's group of guys was different than many, and it was easy to see that they were more like family than friends. The men doted on Juan, helping him with every part of his ensemble, from straightening his bow tie to putting on his jacket to spritzing his cologne. (This is, of course, after they took their shirts off and had a push up contest in the middle of dance floor prior to donning their more dignified ensembles. Boys will be boys.) The groomsmen delivered Juan to the outdoor ceremony site, overlooking Lake Erie at Vermillion-On-The-Lake, and he was joined by his bride Alycia under the shadow of a gazebo. After the ceremony, the bridal party headed to Schoepfle Garden for portraits, and then returned to Vermillion-On-The-Lake for the reception. Umm, and enough talk about the groomsmen. Get a load of that beautiful bride, Allycia!
